All players are seniors unless noted. Overview: The Pilots are defending Division 2 champs and the best team in the state regardless of division. Drogosh could be the best leader in the state. He is more physical this season and has all of the intangibles you want in your best player. Look for Muragin to have a spectacular season.

Allen is a lock down corner and will help at receiver. Phillips will help make the secondary a genuine strength. Nichols and Yanachik will be favorite targets of Drogosh. Overview: The Scots were the surprise of the OK Red last season, but there will be no surprise this time. They will move up to D-1 this season and could contend for the state title. This team is loaded and it begins with the talented backfield led by McKenzie, who ran for over 1, yards last season and passed for another 1, Pennington Jr.

There are holes to fill on defense, but Herron, Burd and Floyd will add stability. Overview: The Crusaders are a Division 4 school, but are opting up to defend their Division 3 state title. They feature the best player in the state in Moore, who will be a four-year starter and threw for 3, yards and 40 TDs last season. Slack has developed into one of the top linemen in the state and Courtney and Calhoun will buy Moore time and open holes for Anderson, who could be a dynamic back.

The Crusaders will be even better defensively where Croft is a four-year starter and Merriweather will be dominating players. Webb is a ball hawk in the secondary and Blair has greatly improved. Overview: Underwood is coming off a spectacular freshman season when he threw for 2, yards and 39 touchdown in leading the Tigers to the D-1 state title.

He will have excellent targets in Simes and Yarbrough. The strength of the team, other than Underwood, will be in the offensive and defensive lines.

Beasley will help make the Tigers better defensively than they were a year ago. Overview: Wright had 60 tackles last season while Fraser led the team with Hawkins will move between linebacker and strong safety.

The offensive line returns five linemen who started at times last season led by Dresaj and Love. Heard won the and meter track titles as a sophomore and just won the U16 meter at the AAU Junior Olympics.

Shaw caught 36 passes last season and Andrew Schuster follows his two brothers at the QB spot. Overview: The Big Reds were ridiculously young last season, starting eight sophomores and a freshman. They will still be young this season, starting four sophomores. Price ran for over 1, yards as a sophomore. Piggee and Ivy are incredibly quick. Botello will start for the third season on the offensive line. Jones will be a three-year starter on the defensive line.

Blackmon and Glover are excellent cover guys. Overview: The D-1 runner-up will be even better this season. Parker Picot is an elite athlete who makes winning plays. Prieskorn is one of the top juniors in the state and a terrific TE.

Orsini is another standout LB and Paterra controls the secondary. Stewart will anchor the secondary. McKernan passed for over 1, yards and Gregorich and and Millhouse are all solid receivers. They will make Shrader an even more effective back. Overview: West Bloomfield, which won the D-1 state title, started eight sophomores last season so not only are the Lakers young again, but now they are experienced, too. In all, 16 starters return this fall. Morgan is a game-breaker. Herring can be a dominating force on the offensive line and Davis-Swain can have the same effect on the defensive line.

Much will be asked of Nance at the QB spot. Himmelein threw for about 3, yards last year, his first in the system. He has a pair of reliable receivers in Armstrong and Carstaphen. The running game of Flowers and Hill will complement the passing attack. Herriman will be starting at LB for the third year and Pappadakis will be a standout in the secondary. Overview: The Bulldogs have maintained their toughness, but now that toughness comes in bigger packages, which will make them even better.

VandenHout moves back to QB from the slot. The offensive line will be led by Liggett and Neill, who have a good understanding of how things work up front. McLean comes from a long list of impact players. DB Harvey should be outstanding in the secondary. Overview: Mumpfield has won a lot of games for the Technicians and he will have a boatload of capable receivers. He will also be more than just the QB, playing wide receiver at times, to raise his recruiting profile.

With the like of Anderson, Randall and Baker, look for Cass to make the tight end spot a priority. The Cass defense will be solid again and the Technicians will have to get by King to win the Public School League title. Overview: Seven starters on offense return, led by Ray, who ran for over 1, yards. LaBarre is an excellent running mate for him and they will take the pressure off Marrogy, a junior with a lot of potential as a runner and passer.

Pietrosante will lead what should be a good offensive line. The defense returns six starters and Daugherty, along with Cade, could be a difference-maker. Overview: This will not be the biggest Mona Shores team in terms of numbers 30 , but there is a lot of talent here and it may be one of the best in terms of team speed.

Pittman has a big arm and could be special down the road. The goal is to get the ball to Vinton in as many ways as possible becasu8e he is a dynamic player. Dahmir Farnum has explosive speed. Emmons has been a standout on the offensive line and may play defense as well. Overview: Pintar takes over for legendary Kurt Richardson, who led the alma mater to three D-1 state titles. Dellinger is one of the top offensive linemen in the country.

He will help open holes for Clark, who has excellent vision and knows when to make cuts. Stephens had five interception last season and has a knack for finding the ball. Diton had over tackles last season and Wilson with be another standout in the secondary. Hein will step in at QB. Overview: DeWitt will look a lot different than its last few teams when the ball was in the air early and often.

The strength will be tremendous offensive and defensive lines, led by Neff and Schaefer, that should make running the ball much easier. Kurncz will be a threat running and catching the ball. Warner and Tabor will be standouts on defense and Haller will be a key in the secondary.

Keyes is only a sophomore, but he is a talent at the QB spot. Overview: Hamby, who threw for over 1, yards and 16 TDs last fall, leads a senior-dominated team. Colpaert, Garbarino and Williams highlight the many returning skill position players.

Watson, Coleman, Pruchnic and Harper are among a veteran front seven that should have good quickness to the ball. Overview: This could be the top team in the Saginaw Valley. Humphrey, and explosive-type back, ran for over 1, yards last season despite splitting time. The secondary should be exceptional with Polk and Klein leading the way there and as receivers. Borodychuk should be a strength at the QB spot. Phillips; QB Jayden Roberson.

Overview: Six starters return from a defense that allowed a single touchdown or less seven times last season. Lomakoski and Goedge will be starting for the third season and will lead the defense. Palazzolo can do a lot of damage from a lot of spots to opposing defenses. McLeod, Earl and Phillips highlight the deepest skill position players the Bulldogs have had in years. Roberson is flying under the radar at the QB spot and he could have a big season. Much will depend on the development of Quattlander and the running game in general.

Nelson is one of the top linemen in the county and Poss and Foster give Howell a good foundation on the offensive line. Curtin is an excellent athlete and you will find him playing a variety of spots offensively. Overview: This team is a year away from being a powerhouse again. Only four starters total return, but it will be competitive thanks to the right arm of Carr, who threw for 2, yards and 28 TDs as a sophomore and is one of the top junior QBs in the country. Laurio is a talented wideout and Mesman is developing into a quality TE.

Baldwin will be a three-year starter in the secondary Mills brings experience to the linebacking corps.
