Fujimori: Corte IDH ordena al Estado peruano abstenerse de liberarlo"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 class=\"no-margin lh31 paddinglat20\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s requiri\u00f3 que se presente un informe a m\u00e1s tardar el 13 de mayo.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><abbr class=\"flow-text\">La Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos se manifest\u00f3 esta tarde ordenando que el Estado peruano se abstenga de liberar al expresidente Alberto Fujimori Fujimori, en cumplimiento de sus obligaciones convencionales.<\/abbr><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl Estado del Per\u00fa debe abstenerse de implementar la sentencia dictada por el Tribunal Constitucional del Per\u00fa el 17 de marzo del 2022, que restituye los efectos del indulto \u2018por razones humanitarias\u2019 concedido a Alberto Fujimori Fujimori el 24 de diciembre del 2017\u201d, se\u00f1ala la resoluci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ente supranacional indic\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n se debe a que el Tribunal Constitucional no cumpli\u00f3 con las condiciones determinadas en la resoluci\u00f3n de supervisi\u00f3n de cumplimento de sentencias del 30 de mayo del 2018.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, requiri\u00f3 al Estado peruano a presentar a la Corte IDH un informe sobre el cumplimiento de la obligaci\u00f3n de \u201cinvestigar, juzgar y sancionar en lo relativo a no ejecutar la sentencia dictada por el TC\u201d, a m\u00e1s tardar el 13 de mayo del 2022.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Corte IDH realizar\u00e1 una audiencia de supervisi\u00f3n de cumplimiento de la obligaci\u00f3n de investigar, juzgar y sancionar las graves violaciones de derechos humanos de los casos Barrios Altos y La Cantuta, relativo al indulto concedido a Fujimori, como se hizo en la resoluci\u00f3n de supervisi\u00f3n del 30 de mayo del 2018.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como se recuerda, el TC declar\u00f3 el pasado jueves 17 de marzo fundado el\u00a0<em>habeas corpus<\/em>\u00a0presentado a favor de Alberto Fujimori y restableci\u00f3 los efectos del indulto humanitario que le otorg\u00f3 el expresidente Pedro Pablo Kuczynski en diciembre del 2017.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 30 de marzo del 2022 la Corte orden\u00f3 de manera temporal a dicho Tribunal abstenerse de liberar a Fujimori y el d\u00eda de hoy confirma que Fujimori no puede ser liberado.<\/div>\n<div>El Peruano.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adem\u00e1s requiri\u00f3 que se presente un informe a m\u00e1s tardar el 13 de mayo.
