Humberto Tapia Garay, junto al Gerente de Promoci\u00f3n del Desarrollo Social y Econ\u00f3mico, Ingeniero Oscra Ugarte Manchego y la Sub Gerente Elizabeth Barrios, participaron de la clausura del \u00abCepre Muni 2024\u00bb.en sus palabras de clausura el Alcalde fue enf\u00e1tico al enviar su mensaje a los j\u00f3venes que participaron de este programa, \u201cpongan en pr\u00e1ctica lo qu\u00e9 aprendieron en estos talleres, porque eso les va a servir en sus estudios y para el futuro\u201d, los estudios es lo que les va a marcar en la vida para que sean buenas personas y buenos profesionales\u201d.
