data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\">\u00a0advierte que el municipio provincial otorg\u00f3 un adelanto de materiales o insumos para la construcci\u00f3n de la obra por la cantidad de S\/ 307 mil 819 a la empresa contr<\/span><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\">atista, pero ello no se hab\u00eda considerado en el contrato y en la normativa vigente, situaci\u00f3n que ocasionar\u00eda una posible afectaci\u00f3n de los recursos financieros de la entidad.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"x_EOP x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\" x_BCX0\">lo que podr\u00eda ocasionar<\/span><\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\" lang=\"ES-PE\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\">el pago de mayores <\/span><\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\" lang=\"ES-PE\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\">gastos a la entidad por dicho concepto.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"x_EOP x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\">autoriz\u00f3 trabajos adicionales <\/span><\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\">que no eran imprescindibles para la finali<\/span><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\">dad contratada<\/span><\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\" lang=\"ES-PE\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\">, los mismos que <\/span><\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\">se ejecutaron sin observar la normativa aplicable y sin contar<\/span><\/span><span class=\"x_TextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\" lang=\"ES-PE\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"x_NormalTextRun x_SCXW216010507 x_BCX0\">\u00a0con resoluci\u00f3n de aprobaci\u00f3n por parte de la municipalidad.
